The shading on the clothes don't seem to match the shading of the skin, at least with the upper part of her skin. The legs match with the shading of the clothes.
If you want to, you can simply draw on another layer just a quick doodle of lighting on the artwork just for orientation to where the light is coming from. I really helps
The ligthing on the balloons look a bit too sharp, but aside from these little flaws you managed to pull out a nice and thoughfull drawing. And I'm glad Julia loved it. Great job
And yeah, i'll do that more often now ( the new layer of light doodle)!

I think you did a really great job with this picture, also the anatomy looks really nice and the colouring looks fantastic, too!
