The shading looks very nice here and it gives off a nice idea of glowing which is a very neat effect. It's alsonicely balanced, both in drawing and chromatic. Her pose looks nice and Korra looks very pretty as well, just look at her face **

Yeah, It's simple but iconic xDD

I start with the little problems I see:
First off al, I think her left breast is smaller than the right one. ( okay, naturally the breasts of a woman never have exactly the same size but here I think you could have make it bigger)
The second thing is this thing on her stomache - is her shirt ripped? Well, if it is ripped ( I think that's what you wanted to do here), I think some blood would have been cool ( well, that's just my opinion). Another thing which could have been different ( in my eyes) is the water - I think it would have been much better if you would have drawn it on your own instead of using a texture.
The shading looks ok.
Overall I think this picture is a little improvement. There are still some mistakes but here you showed that you can draw dynamic movements. I also really like how you worked with the blur-effect ( for example on the hand).
Overall you did a good job!
Now the thing in her stomache is part of her design ( look at korra's design again and you'll see those two strips
